Terms of Service

1. What DueLine is
DueLine is a maturity radar for your own closed-loan book. You load the loans you have already closed, and the radar shows you which ones are coming due and in what order. On the Full Service plan I set the whole thing up for you. That is the service. It is not a lender, a broker, or a marketplace, and it does not place loans for you.
2. Your data is yours
Every loan you put into DueLine stays yours. I do not sell it. I do not share it with another broker, ever. It is used for one thing: to run your radar for you. Ask me to export it and I will send it back to you. Ask me to delete it and I will delete it.
3. Not advice, and no promises about outcomes
DueLine is a tool for seeing your own book more clearly. It is not legal, tax, or lending advice, and nothing in it guarantees that any loan will refinance or that any deal will close. Those calls are yours to make.
4. Payment
Desk is $400 a month. Full Service is $1,500 a month. Radar is free. Setup work is optional and quoted separately before anything is charged. You can stop any time with reasonable notice, and I can too. If you stop, your data comes back to you or gets deleted, your choice.
5. Fair use
Use DueLine for your own book and your own team. Do not try to break into other accounts, resell access, or scrape the service. If something goes wrong on my end, I will fix it as fast as I can.
