Short version: I collect what I need to run your radar, I use it only for that, and I never sell it or hand it to another broker.

1. What I collect

Two things. Your account details, which are your name, your firm name, and your work email. And the loan book you load, which is the closed loans you choose to put in. Nothing else, and nothing you did not hand over yourself.

2. What I do with it

Your loan book is used for one purpose: to run your maturity radar for you and for your team. Your email is used to sign you in and to reach you about your account. That is the whole list.

3. Who sees it

You and the people on your own team. Not other brokers. Not buyers of data, because I do not sell it. The data sits in a database with access controls, and each workspace is walled off from every other one.

4. Getting it back or deleting it

Ask me to export your data and I will send it back to you. Ask me to delete it and I will delete it. It is your book; you decide where it lives.
